ABOUT

As a professional climber and rigger, Chris Girard specializes in complex rigging, removal, crane work and pruning of trees not easily accessed. Chris is also a N.H. and ISA Certified arborist, as well as a CTSP (Certified Tree Care Safety Professional) with the Tree Care Industry Association.

Tree work is a dangerous job, which is why it is so important to choose the right tree care company to do the work for you.  Chris takes great pride in working safely and efficiently in all aspects of tree work.  You can expect professionalism from Chris and his crew throughout your project.

Besides being a certified arborist, Chris has trained with the NH Timberland Owners Association (NHTOA), to become a certified professional logger. He

possesses the skills to fall trees safely in confined areas, as well the ability to layout selective cuts in heavily forested sites.

In addition to the above, Chris has nearly 30 years of civil engineering experience in construction having worked for the NH Department Of Transportation in their Highway Design office developing plans for both roadways and wetland conservation. This gives him unique skills in working with owners who own water front property in New Hampshire and the compliance of NH DES Shoreland regulations.

Furthermore, Chris continuously stays up to date in current tree care industry activities, to find the best way to care for your trees. He has published a number of articles with the Tree Care Industry magazine  and teaches climbing, rigging and crane work to interested workers.
